Hire From Us

The Peasedown Party in the Park festival team provide support to the local community all year around - not just on the day of our summer festival.

One of the ways we do this is by making some of our equipment available to groups and individuals.

For those in Peasedown St John there is no charge. The equipment has been purchased using profits from our Party in the Park events and so we feel the wider community should have access to it.

It's also available for hire by groups and individuals outside Peasedown St John for a small fee.

For community use, we have:

• A large skittle alley (in four parts) with nine skittles and 3 balls
For external hirers the cost is £50 per day

• Green folding chairs x 100
For external hirers the cost is £10 per 25 chairs, per day

• Signage (Road closed x 3, No Event Parking x 3, Lost Children x 1, Slow x 6)
For external hirers, the cost of signage hire is subject to discussion

• Fundraising buckets x 10
For external hirers the cost is £15 per day

Where possible, seven days notice should be given prior to the date of wanting to use/hire Party in the Park equipment, and use is always subject to the availability of members of the festival team.
